Retourbeleid (English below)

Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je tevreden bent met je aankoop. Ben je dat niet, dan kun je je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.

Herroepingsrecht

• Je hebt het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden de overeenkomst te herroepen.
• Na herroeping heb je nog eens 14 dagen de tijd om het product terug te sturen.
• Je krijgt het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten terug. Alleen de kosten voor retour van je huis naar onze webshop zijn voor eigen rekening.
  

Voorwaarden voor retourneren

• Het product dient ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en indien mogelijk in de originele verpakking retour gestuurd te worden.
• Gepersonaliseerde of speciaal op maat gemaakte producten zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht.
• Indien het product beschadigd is of gebruikssporen vertoont die verder gaan dan nodig om het product te beoordelen, kunnen wij een waardevermindering in rekening brengen.

Terugbetaling

• Zodra wij de retourzending in goede orde hebben ontvangen, storten wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terug op je rekening.
• Terugbetaling gebeurt via dezelfde betaalmethode die je hebt gebruikt bij de bestelling, tenzij anders overeengekomen.

Hoe kun je retourneren?

1. Vul het [retourformulier] in of stuur een e-mail met je bestelgegevens naar info@driepakverpakkingen.nl.

2. Stuur het pakket voldoende gefrankeerd retour naar:

3. Bewaar het verzendbewijs goed totdat wij je retour hebben verwerkt.

Return policy

We believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.

Conditions for returns

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation fee.

Refund

Once we have received the return shipment in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed.
